Who exactly is Natur Franz?

Behind Natur Franz is not an anonymous industrial company, but pure passion for white gold and the power of herbs. In his small salt manufactory in Kahl am Main, he creates blends that are often lost in modern cuisine: natural, hand-selected, and absolutely pure.

Why not all salt is created equal

Let's be honest: Most salts from the supermarket shelf are "dead". They are industrially purified, treated with anti-caking agents (such as aluminum compounds), and thus lose their character.

At Natur Franz, it's different. Here, the salt remains as nature intended. What makes it special, however, are the combinations.
